We chose OTOLIFT stairlift mainly of their safety features and the trust of brand with disciplinary records. The initial process was professional and set up including rail designed is extremely accurately fits my stairs as unobtrusively as possible. All parts including the rail supplies were imported from Netherlands and installation was professional well done.

The chairlift is used by my mother-in-law for a year now, she is very happy with the system and the comfortability while the chairlift moving up and down. It is reliable and meeting our needs. We highly recommend it!

We have the yearly maintenance today, the two young staff (lady and man), are very friendly and responsible answering questions raised and aftercare service checked. Good startup service in Singapore.
