We’ll get in touch within one business day to understand your staircase, who will be using the lift and what you’re looking for. It only takes a few minutes.
Then
We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home and measure the staircase. We’ll check the layout, clearances and the best configuration for your stairs.
After
We’ll send you a written quotation based on your staircase, with the lift, installation and any selected options clearly set out.
The home visit
A home assessment is simply a chance for us to see your staircase, take the necessary measurements and understand what you need. We’ll explain the options clearly and answer any questions you have.
We’ll measure the staircase and check the necessary clearances.
You’ll know who is coming and when to expect us.
View upholstery and rail colour options in your own home.
Ask us anything about the stairlift, installation, maintenance or cost.
Have your family member join the visit, either in person or by phone.
We’ll send you the recommended configuration and price in writing afterwards.
If a stairlift isn’t suitable for your staircase or the person using it, we’ll tell you honestly rather than recommend something that isn’t right.
