A stairlift rail is manufactured for one staircase. Publishing a single figure would mean quoting you for somebody else’s home — so instead we’ll show you exactly what shapes the price, what is included, and how to get a real number for your own stairs.

What shapes your price
Understanding these four is enough to tell roughly where your staircase sits, and enough to judge whether any quotation you receive — from us or from anyone else — is sensible.
Factor 01
This is the single biggest factor. A straight rail is cut to length. A curved rail is bent and manufactured for one staircase only, and cannot be re-used anywhere else.
Factor 02
Every turn adds rail length, adds manufacturing complexity and adds time on installation day. Two staircases of the same height can differ considerably if one turns twice and the other doesn’t turn at all.
Factor 03
The lift works without any of these. They are worth paying for only when your home actually calls for them, and we’ll tell you honestly which ones we think you need.
Factor 04
Most installations are straightforward. Occasionally something on site adds time, and we would rather find that at the assessment than surprise you with it afterwards.

Paying for it
Straightforward, and confirmed in writing before anything is ordered.
A deposit is required to confirm your order and begin the manufacturing process. The remaining balance is payable once the stairlift has been installed, tested and handed over.
The agreed price is confirmed before we place the order. If you request any changes to the specification afterwards, we’ll let you know if there is any additional cost before proceeding.
Your stairlift comes with a 2-year warranty on parts from the date of handover. Local servicing and maintenance are available separately through our Singapore team.

Every staircase is different, and curved stairlifts are made to suit the individual staircase. We can provide an indicative range where applicable, but the final price is confirmed after assessing your staircase.
Yes. We’ll visit your home to measure the staircase, check the available space and understand your requirements. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
Usually, yes. Curved stairlifts require a rail designed around the shape and measurements of your staircase, so the price depends on the layout and configuration.
Your quotation will clearly state what is included, including the stairlift and installation. If you request changes to the agreed specification, we’ll let you know of any additional cost before proceeding.
The installation itself takes one day, whether it is a straight or curved stairlift. The waiting time is mainly for the rail to be manufactured and delivered after your order is confirmed. We’ll let you know the expected lead time when we provide your quotation.
